Peterson

Pipes in Ireland have almost as long a history as British pipes. However, this history is indentified almost exclusively with one great company: Peterson. Peterson pipes achieved great popularity in England and the US as well, and they remain one of the only "family" owned pipe companies in the world.

Dunhill

Exacting standards of workmanship and exceptional quality define a Dunhill pipe. Alfred Dunhill opened his first pipe store in 1906 with the vision of a refined, sophisticated and distinguishing clientele that would recognize the value of a superior product. Soon after he opened stores in New York and Paris, and the “white spot” became famous around the world, symbolic of a tradition of excellence.

Since 1932, the Lorenzetti family has been making fine Briar pipes from the home town of Giacomo Leopadi - Recanati.

Winslow

Poul Winslow learned making pipes some 25 years as an apprentice to Preben Holm, the famous Danish pipemaker who made "Danish Freehands" famous all over the World. Since 1985, Poul Winslow has made pipes under his own name and he works with 2 assistants from his workshop near Copenhagen where he makes less than 1,000 pipes each year.

Nording

Erik Nording is a trend-setting Danish carver of the freehand school, and also offers beautiful standard shaped pipes as well. Nording is widely acclaimed as being one of the top artisans for craftsmanship, style, and smoking performance. His Erik Nording Briar Pipes have held worldwide collectible status for decades. Chacom

In 1922, Henry Comoy joined forces with his cousin Chapuis. Together they created the Chacom brand name in 1928. After World War Two, Chacom became leader of the French, Belgian, German, Scandinavian and even the American markets. In 1972, Yves Grenard, Pierre Comoy's second cousin took over the reins of the brand. Today, due to its age-old tradition and an immeasurable know-how. Chacom remains the leading French brand.
